Appointment Requests & Confirmations:

Please provide your best contact phone number and email. All of your appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via text and email. This is a courtesy to you; if you miss these messages due to incorrect information in your profile, it could result in missing an appointment.

Please confirm your appointment when the confirmation message is received. This will help us know that you plan to keep your appointment.

You will receive a notice from Mangomint (our booking software) on the day you book your appointment, as well as a confirmation request and a reminder of your appointment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows:

We book significant time blocks for clients to give the highest level of service. Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service time you booked for. Clients with a record of no-showing or late cancellations may be blocked from online scheduling. Cancelling last minute or not showing up for an appointment prevents us from offering that space to another client. Any exceptions to this policy are extremely rare and will be decided by the salon owner and stylist together. Covid is no longer considered an exception to this policy.

If you must reschedule an appointment, we highly recommend utilizing the waitlist option in Mangomint. It’s easily accesible right on the same screen you book an appointment on.

If you ‘no show’ for an appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of your service. The no show will be documented in our system and you will not be able to book online again. Any further requests for appointments will need to be made via text, and will require a deposit to reserve.

Arriving Late:

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled. For appointments less than an hour long, you must be on time or will be rescheduled.

On the day of your appointment if you are running late or have an emergency, please call or text your stylist.
